  • Yes, since all our pieces are made by our designers in their ateliers, they can accommodate most customizations. Want a lower neckline, higher back, maybe different sleeves or a different colour? No problem!

  • We offer a wide range of accessories to complement your bridal look, including headpieces, veils, sleeves, bags, shoes, belts, jewellery, bows, jackets, capes, and trains. Shop our online collection now. And what we don’t have on hand we can order in and even have it customised just for you!

  • Yes, Caitlin plans to frequently participate in trade shows and expos across Alberta. Keep an eye on our social media for upcoming appearances.

  • At Cariad Bridal, Caitlin wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the return policy below:

    1. Standard Accessories:

    For standard accessories that are not customised, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us to initiate the return process.

    2. Customised Pieces and Bridal Wear:

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on customised pieces or bridal wear as they are tailored specifically to your preferences. However, if there is an issue with your item, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to address your concerns.

    3. Exchange Policy:

    I am happy to offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange for the exchange.

    4. Return Shipping:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received safely.

    5. Refunds:

    Refunds are issued in the form of store credit and are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Store credit can be used towards future purchases at Cariad Bridal.
